Content Operations Manager (Full-Time)
Responsibilities
Develop, grow, and manage the social network under the Washed Media umbrella with focus on streamlining processes and pushing the brands forward
Create weekly social analytics report encompassing growth, AB content tests, engagement, and ad commitments to be deployed both internally and externally
Build and manage the Washed programming calendar making suggestions/changes in line with weekly social analytics report
Promote brands and shows by working with video team to cut clips, schedule, and execute growth content with captions in the Washed voice
Manage and execute the ad commitments calendar and post-sale process for social campaigns, working with sales and social to deliver accurate results for clients
Engage in social creative, working with video and social teams to publish original memes, original video, and show-specific growth content
Skills Required
Intimate knowledge of social platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc
Preferred comfortability with an analytics platform and Microsoft office, especially Excel
General feel for cultural trends and the ability translate to the Washed voice
Ability to work in-office at Washed Media HQ in Austin, TX
Highly motivated individual with desire to work in a startup environment
Organized to a fault and quick to adapt
