Content Operations Manager (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, grow, and manage the social network under the Washed Media umbrella with focus on streamlining processes and pushing the brands forward

  • Create weekly social analytics report encompassing growth, AB content tests, engagement, and ad commitments to be deployed both internally and externally

  • Build and manage the Washed programming calendar making suggestions/changes in line with weekly social analytics report 

  • Promote brands and shows by working with video team to cut clips, schedule, and execute growth content with captions in the Washed voice

  • Manage and execute the ad commitments calendar and post-sale process for social campaigns, working with sales and social to deliver accurate results for clients

  • Engage in social creative, working with video and social teams to publish original memes, original video, and show-specific growth content

Skills Required

Intimate knowledge of social platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc

  • Preferred comfortability with an analytics platform and Microsoft office, especially Excel 

  • General feel for cultural trends and the ability translate to the Washed voice

  • Ability to work in-office at Washed Media HQ in Austin, TX 

  • Highly motivated individual with desire to work in a startup environment 

  • Organized to a fault and quick to adapt
